Are you a driven caretaker/property technician with experience in painting and/or carpentry? Are you independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven? Do you feel it's time for a new challenge? Then we have a position for you!

Your Role: As a caretaker/property technician, you are responsible for maintaining our apartments in and around Stockholm in a business-like and customer-oriented manner. You will carry out minor improvements and renovations in our occupied apartments. You must be social and able to take a few minutes to speak with the tenant to explain the work you are there to perform. This can range from painting an apartment or a wall to carrying or assembling furniture. You need to be a jack-of-all-trades, knowledgeable about various tasks, and handy. If there is no planned work for you or if a task is cancelled, we expect you to proactively contact the dispatcher to ask for other assignments. This is a full-time position starting with a 6-month probationary period. You will be based in Nacka but will work throughout Stockholm. You will work closely with our operations and housing manager, who will provide you with tasks and projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Moving and cleaning of apartments.
• Addressing issues in our apartments.
• Minor to medium-sized renovations.
